Automatic Charges

The DialogTab service operates on a subscription basis with automatic renewal for the same term as the initial subscription period. Detailed pricing information is available on our pricing page.

View All Plans and Invoices

You can access your subscription details and invoice history at any time through the DialogTab console. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription & Invoices to view your current plan, past invoices, and payment information.

Cancellation

Services are billed monthly with automatic renewal unless cancelled by either party. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the DialogTab online panel before your renewal date. If you encounter any issues with cancellation, please contact our support team at info@dialogtab.com. Most subscriptions are non-refundable per our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Residents of the European Union or Turkey who paid via Paddle and remain within free usage limits are legally eligible for refunds if they cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, please send an email to info@dialogtab.com including your country of residence. All other billing inquiries should also be directed to our support team.
